A history, a tradition

When the Menuires resort was created, a small mountain in which Savoie cheese was made was transformed into one of the resort's first restaurants.
It's been a few seasons now that Caroline and Johan have taken over the chalet to continue writing its story. Their desire is to continue to be pioneers by offering their guests a very special culinary experience.
You are welcome in this Savoyard cocoon where human warmth is one of their primary values. Good tasting.

Promoting short circuits and supporting the local sector is an important issue for us.
This is why a large number of our products come directly from local producers.
